Market data and third-party content
Prices, market capitalisation and other live figures are supplied by third-party providers and are cached for short intervals, so they may lag the live market or occasionally be delayed, revised or incomplete. How our data is sourced and refreshed is set out in our Methodology. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any third-party data.
Intellectual property
Unless stated otherwise, the articles, design and original content on TBN Express belong to us or our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Market data remains the property of its respective providers. You may use the site as described under Permitted use above, but no other rights are granted by implication.
Accuracy and availability
We work hard to keep the site accurate and online, but we provide it on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the site at any time, and we do not promise that it will always be uninterrupted or error-free. When we get something wrong in our reporting, we fix it as described on our Corrections page.
