Do Not Sell My Personal Information

Last updated June 2, 2026

If you are a California resident, you have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information. This page explains that right and how to exercise it.

Your rights under the CCPA/CPRA

The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, gives California residents the right to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use and disclose;
  • Delete personal information we have collected about you;
  • Correct inaccurate personal information;
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of your personal information; and
  • be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights.

Residents of other US states with similar privacy laws have comparable rights and may use the same process below.

What “sale” and “sharing” mean

These laws define “sale” and “sharing” broadly. They can include disclosing identifiers such as cookie IDs or device information to advertising and analytics partners, even when no money changes hands.

Our position

TBN Express does not sell your personal information for money. However, like many publishers, we may share certain online identifiers and usage data with advertising and analytics partners in ways that those laws may classify as a “sale” or “sharing”. You can opt out of this at any time.

Categories of information involved

The information potentially involved includes online identifiers (such as cookie and device IDs), internet activity (pages viewed and interactions) and approximate location derived from your IP address. We do not knowingly share sensitive personal information for advertising.

How to opt out or make a request

To opt out of the sale or sharing of your information, or to make a request to know, delete or correct, email privacy@tbnexpress.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Info” and tell us which right you wish to exercise. You can also limit advertising cookies through your browser and our Cookie Policy.

Authorised agents

You may use an authorised agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may ask the agent to provide proof of authorisation and may still ask you to verify your identity directly.

Verification and response

To protect your privacy, we may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond within the timeframe required by law (generally 45 days, with one possible extension). We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
