National University has published the NU Admission Result for the session 2024-25 on June 26, 2025. A total of 460,706 candidates from all over the country have passed the exam. Among them, 265,364 candidates have been selected in the first merit list.

“This year, the admission test for Honours 1st Year under the National University was conducted on May 31, 2025. About 5.5 lakh candidates from all over the country participated in the test. Among them, those who got at least 35 marks passed the admission test,” announced on the result notice.

It is also said that candidates will need to follow 5 instructions to complete their admission on the first merit list.

Instructions for Selected Candidates

As per the announcement, the candidates who are selected in the first merit list need to follow 5 instructions. The first one is: The final admission form fill-up process for students selected in the first merit list is set to start on Saturday, June 28. Interested candidates are advised to complete the process by July 15, 2025.

Admission Form Submission

All selected students must visit www.nu.ac.bd/admissions and go to the Applicant Login > Honours Login section. By entering the correct Application ID and PIN, students can fill out their final admission form and download a printed or PDF copy between June 28 and July 15.

Admission Confirmation

Students need to complete their admission process by July 20. If anyone is already enrolled in another institution, they must cancel that enrollment and complete NU’s final admission form by July 3. Failure to do so will lead to the cancellation of their NU admission due to dual enrollment.

Cancel Previous Admission

NU has made an important announcement: if a candidate already admitted elsewhere, must cancel that admission before July 3 and complete the NU form online. Otherwise, both admission will cancel.

Double Check the information

All details including the photo submitted on the admission form must match the student’s certificates and mark sheets. If any mismatch is found, the college must withhold the admission and inform the Dean of the School of Undergraduate Studies.

Pay the Registration Fee within July 16

Selected candidates will need to pay the registration fee of 565 Taka to the respective college either through mobile banking (as instructed by the college) or directly. The payment window will open on June 29 and continue till July 16.
