The Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) and Equivalent Exams started on June 26, 2025. As per the routine, the HSC ICT Exam is set to be conducted today, Monday (July 7). The ICT MCQ and CQ Type exam will start at 10 AM and continue till 1 PM.
This year, a total of 1,114,981 candidates from 11 Education Board including Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education, Dhaka, Comilla, Barisal, Chittagong, and Dinajpur. Among them, 10,96,272 candidates participated in the first exam, Bangla 1st Paper.
According to the HSC Routine, most of the exam will be taken in the morning period. However, very few exams are scheduled to be conducted in the afternoon period, from 2 PM to 5 PM.
“The written type exam for General Boards will continue till August 10. After that, the practical exam will be held on August 11, 2025. Education Boards are advised to complete the practical part by August 21, 2025,” said the Dhaka Board Chairman.
