The Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS) has released the IHT Mats Admission Circular 2025 for the session 2024-25. The online application for the B.Sc. in Health Technology and B.Sc. in Physiotherapy courses till the last date, June 13, 2025. Interested candidates must know the eligibility criteria, application guidelines, and important dates to submit their applications.
The authority of DGHS has officially announced the date for IHT Mats Admission. A notice in this regard has issued on the official website. Students from both general and special quotas are advised to read the admission circular carefully before applying.
IHT Mats Admission 2025
Like the past few years, the Directorate General of Health Services released the admission circular various courses including MBBS, Nursing and Health Technology. On May 26, 2025, they announced IHT Maths application date and admission test schedule.
According to the circular, the online application set to start on May 28. Interested candidates can submit the application till June 13. The admission test will be held on June 27, 2025.

IHT Mats Admission Test Mark Distribution
General Eligibility for Applicants
Only Bangladeshi citizens are eligible to apply for these programs. Applicants must have passed the HSC or equivalent examination in 2022, 2023 and 2024 from the Science Group. Additionally, candidates must have secured a minimum GPA of 2.5 in both SSC and HSC examinations. Those who passed HSC before 2022 are not eligible to apply for this admission session.
Guidelines for Students with Foreign Qualifications
Students who have completed O-Level and A-Level or other foreign education programs must obtain an equivalence certificate from the relevant authority in Bangladesh. Without this certificate, candidates will not be allowed to sit for the admission test. The certificate can be obtained by submitting the necessary documents and a payment of BDT 2,000 through a bank draft.
Applications for equivalence certificates must be submitted to Room No. 204, 2nd Floor, Old DGHS Building, Mohakhali, Dhaka. The last date to collect this certificate is June 1, 2025. Candidates who fail to submit the equivalence certificate within this timeframe will not be considered for admission.
Eligibility Diploma Holders (B.Sc. in Physiotherapy Only)
Diploma holders are only eligible to apply for the B.Sc. in Physiotherapy program. They are not eligible for the B.Sc. in Health Technology course. Government, semi-government, or private sector job holders who have completed a relevant diploma (such as in Physiotherapy) from a government-approved institution may apply if they fulfill specific conditions.

They must be under 45 years of age as of June 13, 2025, based on their SSC certificate. Moreover, they need to have at least 5 years of job experience in the government sector by that date. Eligible candidates must submit their application between May 26, 2025, and June 1, 2025.
An important requirement is the collection of an ID number, which applicants must obtain by June 1, 2025. Without this ID, diploma holders will not be allowed to apply for the B.Sc. in Physiotherapy admission test. Also, incomplete or incorrect documentation will disqualify a candidate from the application process.
